Spotlight on sustainable labels and other clever product decorations at DAY 2 of the Sustainable Packaging Summit in Amsterdam ????. It was our pleasure to share a presentation on the topic: What will the labels of the future look like? We went through several best practice examples, including wash-off labels that can be removed at lower temperatures for glass and PET, labels designed for #recycling, labels that release more readily, labels using recycled or biobased content and other new substrates, and labels enabling getting rid or minimizing outer packaging, such as ?seatbelt“ solutions.
