About Lien Ma CCIM CRRP: Lien is a people’s person. A natural realtor. A good listener. An excellent commercial and investment advisor. Lien is the co-owner and COO of 8 Street Group, a collection of real estate brokerages involved in corporate real estate, commercial real estate, global real estate and technology real estate. These brokerages include both boutique brokerages as well as a national commercial real estate brand, and a major international real estate brand. Lien has 24 years of diverse experience that began in system engineering in a multinational conglomerate, and construction in a family business, prior to today’s leadership position in real estate. Lien is the incoming 2026 President of the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Members) Washington State chapter - the first woman Asian American to be elected by her peers to such a coveted position. Lien also volunteers at the national level of The CCIM Institute. Lien graduated from the University of Arizona with a Master of Science in Systems Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering. Married with 3 children, Lien enjoys movies and shopping in her spare time.?
