Miguel Orde?ana, a wildlife biologist and environmental educator with the Natural History Museum of L.A. County, will be presenting “Exploring Wildlife of L.A.’s Urban Core: A Community Effort.” Orde?ana has dedicated his life to researching and connecting the community with wildlife across some of the most unlikely parts of L.A. He researches urban mammals, discovered P22 (the world’s most famous mountain lion!) in Griffith Park, and created of a number of highly successful community science programs including Backyard Bats and Bat Roost Count.
