Catholic Charities is grateful for the support (bit.ly/weGIVECatholicEAS) of many donors, volunteers and friends to our Emergency Assistance Services (EAS) programs, which include St. Augustine Hunger Center in Tremont, Bishop William M. Cosgrove in Cleveland, and St. Elizabeth Center in Lorain.
EAS programs are at the heart of our Catholic mission and represent the single largest service area at Catholic Charities. Annually, Catholic Charities EAS provides food, shelter, and financial assistance (primarily emergency rent and utility support) to more than 115,000 individuals in communities across the eight-county Diocese of Cleveland. Our EAS sites and programs collaborate with local organizations, public and private agencies, and religious institutions to ensure the basic needs of the most vulnerable in our communities are met.
Please consider sharing our Catholic Charities EAS page (bit.ly/weGIVECatholicEAS) for #weGIVECATHOLIC with your network! As donors, volunteers and friends, your support makes a meaningful impact. If you choose to make a gift, the good news is you don’t have to wait until #GivingTuesday to donate via our #weGIVECATHOLIC page. You can make a donation through the link anytime beginning today until Tuesday, December 3, at 11:59 p.m.
In the spirit of Matthew 25, Catholic Charities EAS represents our work to respond with dignity in meeting the basic human needs of our neighbors experiencing hunger, homelessness, illness and loneliness. Thank you for your support!
