As an HR consulting firm and premium EAP provider, CCA helps healthcare organizations enhance the emotional well-being of their workforce and improve workplace culture. While traditional EAPs are missing the mark by not effectively addressing barriers to care, CCA intends to transform the model. Barriers such as stigma, concerns around licensure, lack of organizational trust, and negative perceptions of EAPs require a new and innovative approach.
