Co., one of Connecticut's most iconic companies and the only U.S. bell manufacturer, has new leadership, with chief operating officer Cici Bevin Gordon taking the reins as president. State policymakers must develop a comprehensive energy policy focused on reducing costs, increasing supply, and supporting energy efficiency, chief manufacturing officer Paul S. Recruiting and retaining a talented workforce continues to be an issue for CBIA member employers across industry types. Last session, policymakers expanded the student loan repayment tax credit in order to build upon yet another tool for employers to use to recruit and retain employees in our state.
