My last CBI Annual Conference and we‘re going out with a bang. Spread of coverage in the morning, fireside chats with Rt Hon Rachel Reeves & Kemi Badenoch, and catch-ups with many familiar faces. Time to say a big thank you to colleagues past & present for their unwavering support in my work here. A the CBI, I’ve grown in more ways than I could have imagined, and I’m proud of all we‘ve accomplished together. In Comms, leading on our many campaigns to effect Government change and helping to drive the org through rough waters. And as Chair of the Health, Neurodiversity & Disability Network, raising awareness and shaping the conversation, especially around mental health in the workplace. One more week to go - then I‘m moving on to the next challenge. More on that later.
