This week, the CLT Alliance hosted North Carolina Senate President Pro Tempore Phil Berger and House Speaker Destin Hall for a conversation with the region's business community. Berger and Hall shared their legislative priorities for 2025 as the long session gets underway in Raleigh. Investing in transportation in Mecklenburg County is a key focus for the year, the lawmakers said. Project Spotlight: Springs Creative A huge thank you to Springs Creative for hosting us last week in their stunning space! We loved the opportunity to learn more about their work and explore their expansive archives. It was especially rewarding to see their office in action, knowing we played a role in bringing their vision to life. Working closely with Springs Creative, we helped enhance their workplace by providing new workstations, private offices, a break room, and a library. One of the most exciting challenges was designing specialized storage solutions for their extensive archive collection. To meet their needs, we incorporated flat files and storage drawers, ensuring both functionality and organization. More than just a workspace, this environment allows Springs to embrace their rich textile heritage while fostering creativity and innovation. We were proud to collaborate with Redline Design Group and Strata Project Management Group to make this vision a reality.
