We are pleased to welcome Andrew Tetlow as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CBI Bank & Trust.?Tetlow brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having spent 25 years in the banking and financial services industry.?His impressive career includes key positions at Mutual of Omaha Bank, First Horizon Bank, and Arthur Anderson, LLP.?Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Century Bank in Santa Fe, New Mexico. A graduate of Rhodes College, Tetlow holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration, as well as a Master of Science in Accounting. “Andrew is a great thought leader in the banking industry and clearly understands the importance and role we play in the communities we serve” said Dwayne Sieck, President of CBI Bank & Trust. Tetlow and his wife Marianne, have recently relocated to Muscatine, Iowa, where they look forward to becoming active members of the community.

Today, I had the pleasure of completing and graduating from the Iowa Bankers Association’s summer internship program as a member of CBI Bank & Trust. Today’s programming included interviewing with banking leaders from across the state to gain insight into the role they play in the advancement of the industry. The day also included a Q&A with industry experts who discussed their beginnings in their field and how they expect to see it change as younger generations enter the work force. The knowledge shared and experiences gained in this session and the previous one were second to none and helped propel my understanding and desire to innovate unlike any other program I’ve been apart of.
