Proud to Announce Two Historic Wins for CBG Strategies’ Clients in Alabama! Under the direction of our Chief Strategist and Principal, Lindsey McAdory, MBA, PMP, CBG Strategies is honored to have been part of the dedicated teams that achieved two landmark victories this election cycle: Shomari Figures breakthrough win in Alabama’s 2nd Congressional District and Yashiba Glenn-Blanchard, Esq.'s historic election as the first Black woman to serve as Jefferson County Probate Judge. In the Congressional District Two race, Lindsey spearheaded a comprehensive strategy that, in partnership with the candidate and an outstanding campaign team, harnessed grassroots mobilization to elevate the voices of Alabama’s 2nd District. Congressman-Elect Figures' remarkable journey from just 9% in early polling to achieving a decisive 61% victory in the primary, followed by a commanding win in the general election, underscores the transformative power of local voter engagement. By prioritizing the issues that matter most to the community, the campaign demonstrated the impact of connecting authentically with constituents. In Jefferson County, CBG led strategy, direct voter engagement and direct mail for?Yashiba Blanchard’s campaign as she made history in Alabama’s judicial system. Through collaborative strategic planning and focused direct voter engagement, we worked alongside Judge-Elect Blanchard and her team to ensure her message of fairness, dedication, and experience resonated, resulting in a powerful win as Jefferson County’s first Black Probate Judge. Both victories exemplify the effectiveness of data-driven strategy, teamwork, and a deep commitment to understanding and serving constituents.
