Chopper the Chow Chow accompanied CBD Living Pet founder Bill on his travels throughout Costa Rica and Panama, and settled down in the family home in Southern California. Chopper’s chronic hip pain was a major pain point through the end of his life, and Bill wanted to do something to help him and other animals like him.
