?? New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) and Partners Announce Financial Closing of $332.3 Million PACT Project at West Brighton! ?? Exciting news for Staten Island! #NYCHA closed on the financing for the $332.3 million #PACT project to renovate the homes of over 1,300 residents at West Brighton. This milestone marks NYCHA's first financial closing on Staten Island and includes the conversion of all buildings to Project-Based Section 8 through the RAD program. This capital funding will bring: ??? Comprehensive renovations for 574 apartments ?? Creation of a new senior center to serve West Brighton residents. The renovation will include: ?? Upgrades to apartments, public spaces, and building infrastructure, including refurbished heating and hot water systems. ?? Access to free Wi-Fi, improved amenities and social services to the residents.
