    I'm blown away! Text to speech (my cloned voice) Image to video (my AI generated picture) It's not perfect, yet. But even with this level of technology there are ways to improve the performance: - Longer pauses, - maybe a bit faster, - adding some text to connect sentences in a more natural way. ? Question: Is this acceptable as a course presentation? Or, would you hate listening to it?

    Tenant frustrations are often due to, And it might not be what you think, ... There often due to a lack of control over the situation they are frustrated about. Ever been a tenant? I am one, right now. It's frustrating, especially when you're the kind of person who'd fix issues fast, call vendors the same day, ... Some have been holding the keys for years, yet it's not their set of keys. It's often joked about how tenants can (re)act, but in many cases, being aware of this and demonstrating the necessary empathy goes a long way. We discuss this topic in our free book. I suggest making 'empathy' part of your company's core values. It will have a positive impact!

    $500 NTE (Not To Exceed) is ideal... And here's 4 BIG reasons why 1.) Faster turnaround times: Removing the need for on-site approvals increases the 'single visit fixes' dramatically. 2.) Much less work for both PM and owner: On-site approval related, once more. Less phone calls from the vendors and less phone calls to be made to the homeowner. These are urgent, considering the vendor is waiting on site for approval. 3.) Less frustrated vendors: Vendors do not like to wait for, again, on-site approval. Their time is as valuable as yours. 4.) It's flexible! When working with a new vendor, give them an NTE of $200, knowing the owner contract says $500. Then wait for the on-site approval call and approve or reject the estimate yourself.
