Medicare Advantage Plans have skyrocketed in popularity and with that, the amount of people who have signed up to be in those programs! Over 50% of all Medicare beneficiaries are on Medicare Advantage Plan! The case law has shown it, but they have also gotten more aggressive in going after liens!
