This past Friday, October 4th, marked the Feast of St. Francis, recognizing the Patron Saint of Ecology and Animals. The blessing of animals, a tradition held every October, was held after the 5 p.m. Mass at St. Francis Hospital & Heart Center. Thanks to all of our participants! ??

St. Francis Hospital & Heart Center places first!?? Recently, hospital staff took first place in the Healthcare Challenge category of the 2024 Marcum Workplace Challenge. Additionally, the women’s team finished second place overall in the women’s category. To commemorate their victories, staff received first-place trophies for the men’s and women’s teams. This is a shared accomplishment for every member at St. Francis Hospital and could not have been achieved without each and every participant. Well done, team! ??
