Our approach is bottom-up. We work with schools to understand their needs. Then, we partner with the best to share innovative ideas, sound business practices, proven strategies and financial resources to help each school achieve its goals. This approach helps our schools continue to deliver an exceptional educational experience to every child and their family.

Meet Meghan Maclean! As the new?Advancement Coordinator?at the Catholic Schools Center of Excellence, Meghan plays a vital role in strengthening donor support to expand CSCOE’s impact. With a dynamic background in program management, education, and community engagement, she is passionate about building relationships that drive CSCOE’s mission—enhancing excellence and increasing enrollment in Catholic schools. Before joining CSCOE, Meghan spent over a decade leading outdoor recreation programs and several years as a high school English teacher. Outside of work, you’ll find her skiing, spending time with family, and doting on her dogs.

With 18 years of experience in education, Caroline brings a strong background in?special education, student support, and program development. She has built programs from the ground up, led professional development initiatives, and implemented strategies to support students with disabilities and diverse learning needs. In her role at CSCOE, Caroline will focus on enhancing programs and developing new initiatives to support?students with disabilities, English language learners, and gifted students. She is eager to engage with Catholic school principals to understand both the successes and challenges in serving these students. Beyond her professional expertise, Caroline is an avid gardener, a dedicated Jane Austen enthusiast, and an active member of the?Basilica of St. Mary. Please join us in welcoming her to the team.
