This weekend, our CCH team had the wonderful opportunity to speak at the Masses at Church of the Ascension and St. Paul Catholic Parish. We were grateful for the opportunity to share how we are one of 40 ministries supported by the Archbishop’s Call to Share and to talk about the services we provide. Catholic Community Health had the wonderful opportunity to be part of Meadowbrook Senior Living’s Unity & Community: Faith & Fellowship Social today! We had a fantastic afternoon connecting with so many residents and sharing meaningful conversations. A special thank you to our amazing team—Social Worker Tobi, RN Bereavement Coordinator Tami, Community Liaison Michelle, Deacon Jim, and Chief Marketing Officer Tiffany—for making this such a special experience.
