The 2024 NCRLA Chef Showdown finals are here, and Catering Works’ Executive Chef Rich Carter is ready to serve up another winning dish at the American Tobacco Campus in Durham. The NCRLA Chef Showdown serves to highlight local chefs, pastry chefs, mixologists, and distilleries, through multiple competition rounds. The participants will be creating dishes, drinks, and desserts that highlight local ingredients in creative, innovative ways. Chef Rich has already wowed the judges and audience with two rounds of culinary expertise, stay tuned to see what he’s cooking up in today’s grand finale!
