Our fifth project showcase as part of our 15th Anniversary countdown is Wellington Woods! A project that started in 2020. Hamilton Stern completed this large renovation project in five phases. The phases included renovating nine, 12-unit buildings, and then a community center. The entire renovation added up to 109 multi-family apartment units. Stay tuned for our 2019 project showcase!
We’re honored to have played a role in the award-winning Asbury First United Methodist Church Community Outreach Center project! Our team performed the concrete & masonry scope on this immense preservation project, which has now been recognized with the Barber Conable Award for large-scale rehabilitation of a historic building. The Asbury First United Methodist Church Community Outreach Center was designed to provide essential services to those in need, becoming an instrumental site for service and support across the entire city of Rochester.
