? Local Expertise: Deep understanding of China’s automotive industry, including?OEMs,?suppliers,?digital?transformation?trends,?and?government policies
? Proven?Track?record?in?entrepreneurship:?track?record?of?operating?in?a fast-paced, high-growth environment, driving initiatives from concept to execution.
? Industry?Network:?Proven?relationships?with?key?stakeholders?in?the?Chinese automotive ecosystem
? Technical?Knowledge:?Familiarity?with?digital?platforms,?data?ecosystems, and supply chain management solutions
? Bilingual?Proficiency:?Fluent?in?Mandarin?and?English,?with?excellent communication and negotiation skills
? Experience:?Minimum?8-10?years?in?automotive,?technology,?or?supply?chain- related industries, ideally with experience in launching or scaling business initiatives in China
