?????? catchfree delivers consumers a plant-only alternative for their favorite Seafood Introducing catchfree, a FoodTech start-up emerging from the Swiss Technical Institute of Technology (ETH) that focuses on the development and production of healthy and tasty plant-only seafood. catchfree utilizes a proprietary process to create seafood alternatives that convince consumers with great taste, texture, appearance, and healthy nutrients. Our products are locally produced and crafted from all-natural ingredients - no fishy business, pure plant power. Global consumption of seafood is expected to double by 2050. catchfree confronts the pressing environmental and health challenges posed by the conventional seafood industry and offers consumers a healthy and sustainable alternative. We've made great strides toward our mission of bringing the ocean to Switzerland, and none of this would have been possible without the incredible support of our investors, partners, and everyone who believes in what we're building. Here are some of our standout moments from 2024: ???Strategic Partnerships?– This year, we forged some incredible partnerships that are key to shaping our future. These collaborations will enable us to grow and impact the industry in exciting new ways. ???Successful Market Tests?– We were thrilled to see our products featured in standout restaurants like Brauwerk St. Gallen and Restaurant Ursprung in Berlin. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and we’re looking forward to expanding our reach even further. ???Innovative Events?– We had the opportunity to be part of many amazing events this year, showcasing the future of seafood and what’s possible when you combine passion with innovation. A special shoutout to Mirco Kristal for his collaboration with us at FOOD ZURICH, where we were able to showcase our vision and innovative food products.
