Important Update for Physicians: ASNC is backing new legislation to halt the 2.83% Medicare physician pay cut and provide much-needed financial relief for medical practices. The Medicare Patient Access and Practice Stabilization Act (H.R. 879) would not only reverse the cuts but also include a 3.79% positive adjustment to help offset rising practice costs. With practice expenses projected to rise 3.5% this year, ASNC is urging Congress to act now to support physician financial stability. The bill, introduced by a bipartisan group of lawmakers, would take effect from April 1 through December 31, 2025. Learn more about ASNC’s advocacy and the importance of this bill: ??
