In honor of International Women's Day and #WomensHistoryMonth, we are celebrating the remarkable contributions women have made to society. ?? Women have been change-makers across every field—science, politics, culture, technology, and more. An example of someone who has contributed greatly to the world of #Science is Marie Curie. One of science’s most famous pioneers, Marie Curie was critical in the development of x-ray technology. Despite the opposition of many male scientists, she became the first woman to be awarded a Nobel Prize in 1903. This was thanks to her discovery of a new element, polonium. ?? This #IWD, celebrate women's achievements and advancement. To learn more ways to get involved, visit: ?? https://ow.ly/1YfQ50V4t9W ??? Illustration by Stephanie Ginger.

Let's face it: attracting and retaining top talent continues to be a priority for organizations worldwide. In our latest research, we looked into the workplace experiences of Black employees that negatively affect their intent to stay in their jobs. We surveyed #BlackEmployees from Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States and found that they encounter career opportunity gaps. As survey participants shared in their own words, mentorship, sponsorship, and performance feedback are critical. ??But a majority of Black employees in all three countries cite leaders' support as crucial to their intent to stay in their roles. We put together a quick overview of our findings, and you can dive into all insights here: ?? https://ow.ly/KZz450V2ZEj
