The Catalyst Leadership Trust (CLT) is a purpose-driven intimate community curated to help Catalyst leaders drive the change needed for their organizations, communities, and greater society. The Catalyst Leadership Trust operates within the larger Samudra Ecosystem as one of several executive communities (we call Trusts). Samudra has partnered with the Catalyst experts, Catalyst Constellations, to build and facilitate this purpose-driven community. CLT members are part of the Samudra ecosystem, which comprises a diverse group of senior executives and seasoned advisors from a broad range of industries and expertise. Members interact and gain mutual value through regularly scheduled Trust sessions, biannual, “all Trust” assemblies, proprietary research, and the ability to tap member insights and advice through an inquiry network. Other Samudra Ecosystem Trusts include the Women Advisory Trust, Digital Leadership Trust, Next Generation Leadership Trust, and Sustainability Leadership Trust. Our proprietary research focuses on critical challenges identified by the ecosystem. We approach all research through the lens of transition thinking, where topics are complex, exponential in growth, and highly interconnected. We look for key intersection points of these trends and identify insights and actions our participants can leverage to impact their businesses.
