Catalina is pleased to announce that it has been awarded its first prime contract by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Science & Technology Directorate’s (S&T) Silicon Valley Innovation Program (SVIP). The contract carries a base value of $2,367,600.00, and a ceiling value of $8,605,183.36. Under this contract, with a 12-month base period and two optional 12-month extensions, Catalina Associates will support SVIP federal staff responsible for developing DHS mission-oriented business programs and initiatives in areas such as policy and regulation development, engineering, and business management. Catalina Associates’ administrative management, documentation, training, and plan and program development services will assist DHS S&T in emerging technologies, cybersecurity, and innovation efforts. Catalina Associates’ efforts will help ensure SVIP continues to expand its reach, identifying technologies that are essential to the security and success of both national and government operations.
