This year felt particularly special as we highlighted our Women's Employee Resource Group (ERG)—a dedicated space for women at CCI to connect, collaborate, and feel supported every day. Since its launch, our ERG has organized team-building activities and launched a book club where members discuss topics that matter to our community, creating opportunities for women at all career stages to learn, connect, and grow. Our celebration also featured a global webinar and a special lunch in all our offices, bringing everyone together in a welcoming space that reinforced our commitment to a supportive workplace.
