Castle Hill Technologies is thrilled to share that we have secured four interns at different client sites through our partnership with the Lumbee Regional Development Association (LRDA). This collaboration, supported by a $20,000 grant from the Camber Foundation and Castle HIll aims to support minority college students through workforce development internships. About the Partnership: LRDA utilizes its grant funds to sponsor internships for minority college students, offering them valuable experience and enriching our projects with fresh perspectives and diverse talent. Our focus areas include Construction, Project Management, Automation and Control Systems, and Computer System Validation in the Pharmaceutical Industry. How the Partnership Works: LRDA's Role: Funding: LRDA pays the students. Grant Management: LRDA obtains the grant and partners with CHT for each intern. CHT's Role: Identifying Opportunities: We match student skillsets and interests with internship opportunities at our client sites or with our partners. Developing SOW: We create clear and impactful Statements of Work for each internship. Onboarding Assistance: We assist with the onboarding process for a smooth transition. Timekeeping: We provide detailed timekeeping information to LRDA for accurate tracking and payment. This partnership is a unique opportunity to enhance workforce diversity and support the next generation of professionals. We believe this initiative will benefit all parties involved.
