Cassius Consulting is a boutique technology services firm specializing in post-go-live Coupa support. Our model is to provide incremental (non-FTE) support, whether as advisors, administrators, integrators or otherwise. We believe that this model is a more sustainable, affordable and beneficial approach for all parties, and allows our clients to realize the promised ROI of their subscriptions while retaining the internal knowledge needed to manage them. At Cassius Consulting, we believe that collaboration is more powerful than competition: For our managed services clients, our goal is to provide the kind of incremental support to the procurement, accounts payable, IT and finance teams that allows them to eventually stand on their own. We firmly believe that referrals are the best way to market our services, and helping our clients become self-sufficient is the best way to do it. This is why we offer support packages starting with as few as five hours per week. We apply the same thought process to implementation projects. We do not view other consultancies and solutions integrators as competitors. Our team has developed strong relationship with the biggest consultancies in our industry, and we are regularly called upon to support their teams during implementation projects to ensure the success of their customers.
