Their insights, combined with public and audience voting, will shape the winners of this prestigious industry award. How Judging Works ?? Our judges will evaluate the top 3 finalists in their assigned categories. They assess the submissions based on industry excellence, innovation, and impact. The scoring will be aggregated, meaning no single judge determines the outcome, ensuring a balanced and fair evaluation process. But the judges’ decisions aren’t the only factor! The STRIVE audience attending on the 19-20th of March will also have the opportunity to vote live, adding another layer of fairness and community-driven selection to the awards. The final decision will be based on: ? Public Voting – The industry has already had its say. ? Expert Judging – Our panel brings their insights and expertise. ? Audience Voting at STRIVE – The attendees will have the final word on the winners! What I loved about the IMN 3rd Annual Short Term Rental Forum (Winter) 2025? I had an incredible experience at the IMN 3rd Annual Short Term Rental Forum (Winter) 2025! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this event was meticulously crafted to inspire and inform and connect the most innovative thinkers in our industry. A heartfelt thank you to the Information Management Network (IMN) team for their hard work in organizing such an outstanding conference, and a special shout-out to Vincent Kennedy for his invaluable support in ensuring our experience was a resounding success. Thank you Ron Reid and Michael-Scott Lester, CPA for the recommendation to attend my first (IMN) conference. The venue—JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa—was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel vibe definitely leaves you wanting to visit again promptly. The elegant, modern ambiance and world-class service set the stage for an unforgettable stay. Every corner of the hotel exuded luxury, welcoming us into a truly remarkable atmosphere. The culinary offerings were exceptional. Each morning began with a delightful spread of fresh fruits and buttery croissants, and more, perfect for fueling the day’s discussions. Lunch was a fine dining experience in the courtyard, featuring an exquisite buffet of soups, appetizers, and beautifully crafted entrees, all enjoyed with a refreshing breeze and a stunning view of the golf course. The panels were a highlight, showcasing a brilliant mix of seasoned experts and innovative thinkers, all ready to share insights that will shape our industry in 2025. I particularly appreciated the opportunity to hear from Casiola vacation homes representatives Dennis Goedheid ?? and Michael-Scott Lester, CPA alongside other industry leaders, fostering engaging conversations that sparked new ideas and strategies. With all the amazing moments at the Forum, my favorite parts had to be meeting and speaking to industry leaders and vendors such as Shane Bartlett , Brian Riggs - Vintory, Megan Mullen , Rachael Olivier, River Sava and so many more with some amazing services, software and creativity that will help lift our industry forward in 2025 and beyond. The conference application was user-friendly, making it easy to curate my schedule for the forum and connect with speakers and events that aligned with our company’s interests. Overall, the IMN Short Term Rental Forum was a success, and a truly enriching experience, and I’m already looking forward to next year!
