CashCo opened with money borrowed from credit cards and family in a double wide trailer with no running water on January 2, 1989. We thought we had a really cool idea for our business but found out getting it off the ground was not as easy as we imagined. We made some costly, near-fatal mistakes as we figured things out but we also did something totally right. We developed a passion for our customers and set about creating a company that puts people and their dreams first. CashCo is not your typical consumer finance company. We treat our customers with the respect and dignity they deserve. Our credit decisions are not made by computers, but by thinking, feeling, and caring professionals. We feel privileged to offer a vital service to our community.
