Since 2012, Casey’s passionate team members have teamed up with our generous guests to raise over $10 million for two nonprofit organizations that provide assistance and support for military veterans and their families: Hope For The Warriors? (HOPE) and Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation. We’re proud to partner with @PepsiCo again this year to support the brave men and women who have given so much to our country through our annual #veterans campaign. Starting November 6 through December 3, please join the Casey’s team in supporting veterans and our nonprofit partners by rounding up your in-store purchase or adding a donation to your online order.? Trick or treat! Every #Halloween, the youngest members of the Casey’s team walk the halls of our Store Support Center, sharing in the spooktacular, yet adorable, fun.??? ? As part of our #CaseysCARES culture, we offer affordable, quality childcare for our team members at our on-site Casey’s Kids Child Development Center. Today, we tip our hats to the more than 510 #distribution center (DC) and support staff team members across our three DCs. These Casey's team members hustle to keep our stores stocked and our communities moving forward. Simply put, we couldn’t do it without them. Thank you, team. From part-time team member to region director and every position in between, there are endless opportunities for a career in #retail at Casey’s. For more than 12 years, Wesley Smith has grown and evolved as a professional at Casey’s. Here’s his story: “As I've progressed through various roles at Casey’s, I've intentionally invested in my own growth, aiming to enhance my influence and value within the organization. I first started at Casey’s as a part-time team member, mostly making donuts, before moving to a shift leader position. I then had the opportunity to become the store manager of a brand-new store. From there, I took on a field trainer position, traveling through the division, training team members, store managers and district managers. In my current role as region director, I’m focused on the development of my district manager team, coaching the why, and strategizing big-picture opportunities. I have helped drive the growth of a new market, supporting my team through the opening of more than 40 new stores. My goal is to experience continuous improvement at all levels – stores, districts, the region and the organization as a whole.” Ready for a career at Casey’s? Did you know there are over 2 million 4-Hers in Casey's Country? That's pretty special when you consider how many of our team members, neighbors and guests are impacted by and involved with 4-H.? ? As part of our partnership, Casey’s will donate $1 of every large pizza purchase to 4-H programs in Casey’s Country (up to $100,000). "As a region director, I strive to add value and pay forward the investment my leaders have made in me by developing district managers. Watching them grow their skills and take on new challenges – sometimes with positions on the Store Integration team, Learning & Development team, or another team at our Store Support Center or across the field –?drives me to be the best version of myself each day.?? ?? Before being promoted to region director, I was a district manager and a store manager.
