How it started vs how it's going As we approach the go live, time for some reflection. What started as a simple (but not easy ??) website has transformed into what we believe is the best interview preparation tool in the world. We want to thank everyone who has provided feedback and insights that we couldn't have discovered on our own. One powerful insight we received highlights the democratizing impact of our platform: By lowering the cost of practice and making professional tools accessible to everyone, we're creating a level playing field. Now, candidates who don't have personal connections at consulting firms can prepare just as effectively as those who do. This is also what we're hearing from companies we spoke to, who are increasingly focused on recruiting talent from outside traditional networks – reaching beyond "the bubble" to find exceptional candidates who may lack insider connections but are just as talented and motivated! Looking ahead, here are our key focus areas: ??We believe UX will be the driving force behind GenAI innovation, both broadly and specifically for CaseStar. Simplification + personalization = better adoption. ??While we currently use Ai agents to evaluate performance, we're expanding their role to deliver personalized practice experiences from start to finish. We recognize that no two candidates are alike, so no practice journey should be identical. Our goal is to ensure everyone receives the most effective preparation possible, tailored to their unique needs. ??We're building bridges between job seekers and consulting firms – creating value for both sides. For candidates, this means having everything they need in one place to pursue their consulting career. For companies, this provides a more targeted approach to recruitment (no more "shooting with scatter" as we say in Dutch), helping them find their next Star ? more efficiently.
