  • "To be a woman in this industry is an honor because I get to be a role model for little girls who want to get their hands dirty. I tell my nieces that they can be anything they set their mind to and my job is an example of that. I got into this industry through my dad, Mark Maruca, who is a driver at our facility in Springfield, MA. It is amazing to work alongside him now and attend local events representing the same company and mission. And the guys I work with are awesome. They aren't afraid of a woman working beside them and I think that is so powerful." ?? Nicole Maruca - Maintenance Production Administrator ?? Springfield, MA #WeAreCasella #WomensHistoryMonth #WHM
