For Women in Construction 2025 #WICWeek2025, we wanted to highlight the talented team of women we have working here at Cascadia Structural Timber Solutions. Kayla Coyne started out as our admin assistant and quickly grew into her role as BIM Modeler using CADWork and Revit. Viktoriya Weaver is our Senior BIM Modeler with experience in both CADWork and Rhino. Kirsten Staller is our CAM programmer and CNC operator and Amy Bern, who we don't have a picture of yet :), just joined our team last month as a our new Project Sales Manager.
