We achieve our mission through advocacy for services, supportive connections, and permanency, while emphasizing family reunification when possible. Our vision is to be a leading positive and influential force in the child welfare community, while serving children who have experienced abuse and neglect in Bexar County.

??Magical! That’s the only word for the Child Advocates San Antonio (CASA) Bloom Where You’re Planted gala last night! ?? ??San Antonio’s commitment to children in foster care was on full display in the amazing turnout and support that will ensure literally hundreds of children in foster care have an Advocate to look after their well-being, report back to the courts, and simply show up for them! ??Huge shout out to HOLT Group for being our Title Sponsor, Corinna Holt Richter, for chairing the event beautifully, and Amanda Lara and Guy Clumpner, our fantastic HOLT board members! ??And it was delightful to get to honor CASA’s founders Ellinor Forland and Betty Zinn, as well as Bexar County Judge Peter Sakai and First Lady Rachel Sakai, who always champion children and are simply wonderful people. ??Our wonderful Advocate and my sweet friend Stephanie S. silenced a 540-person crowd with her powerful testimonial of CASA Advocacy for the sweet twins she championed this past year. ??CASA Board Chair Priscilla Ingle and Angie White, Ph.D. CEO and President CASA San Antonio were fantastic and entertaining emcees! ??And the awesome Team CASA made it all happen, along with our friends The RK Group, Witte Museum, Mark Schroeder CAI, BAS, CES, and so many others! We had so many amazing partners and friends in the room that I could never name you all. Please know I am so thankful for you!
