The vision of CASA of South-west-ern Illi-nois is to advo-cate for the best inter-est of abused and neglected chil-dren through col-lab-o-ra-tion with var-i-ous community agen-cies, pub-lic and pri-vate funds, local busi-nesses, and judi-cial offi-cials in order to end sys-temic cycles of abuse for the future gen-er-a-tion.
