This week, Cary 311 took the opportunity to educate staff and citizens about its one-of-a-kind service to celebrate #National311Day on March 11 (3/11). Citizen Advocates connected with the community through pop-up info sessions at Cary Tennis Park and Downtown Cary Park, while Assistant 311 Director Carolyn Roman engaged with the Cary Youth Leadership cohort and Cary seniors at the Cary Senior Center. ?? At Town Hall, staff shared notes of appreciation — and cake! — with our incredible Citizen Advocates, recognizing their dedication to serving our community. ?? This fiscal year alone, Cary 311 has handled roughly 100,000 cases — assisting citizens and news media through phone, email, text, web, and social media. Want to learn more?
