CARW held it’s annual Fox Valley Market Update at Pullman’s Trolley Square in Appleton. Speakers included Scott Lurie (F Street), Ryan Scray (RGL Logistics), Teresa Knuth (NAI Pfefferle) and Charlie Dercks (J Ross). CARW Chairman, Kevin Schmoldt (NEWMARK) moderated the session. They discussed the state of the market including vacancy, spec development and trends in office, logistics and manufacturing. Several themes came through in the comments and moderated panel: Fox Valley is an attractive region because of the availability of labor, affordable real estate, and strong infrastructure. Interest rates, the political environment and cost of construction continue to challenge the market, but the Valley has been a stable area for investment.
