A few high points of the celebration of what got us here, and the overwhelming energy for what’s ahead: Wake Forest University EVP & CFO Jacqueline Travisano’s heartfelt kickoff of the ceremonies, calling for the room to recognize the many partners, and in particular the city, county and state officials without whom the day and this milestone couldn’t and wouldn’t be possible. Dr. Susan Wente’s comments on the momentous nature of this development far beyond Wake Forest, citing the enormous impact on the broader community – and the proven experience of Carter and Front Street in truly knowing, investing in and supporting the tenants, visitors and patrons of their developments.
