We have officially opened our newest cafe, and we couldn't be more excited for you all to stop in! ? NEW BEANS: Brazil Donas do Café! The name translates to "the women owners of coffee" and combines coffee from four top-notch female producers in South of Minas. Curated by our export partners at SMC, Donas do Café displays stellar and unique coffee from this region. The coffee was chosen through the "Especialíssimo" program in collaboration with the Cooxupé Cooperative to identify the best lots. SMC maintain contact to help producers achieve exceptional coffee. Our team tasted notes of chocolate, toffee, and lemon. Ready to try it? Visit our site or your local CRC to get these beans!

At your local Phoenix shop, you can munch on a caprese-style basil pesto mozzarella galette with a creamy pesto filling, or a garden veggie galette, comprised of lightly sautéed vegetables tossed with spices, feta, and cheddar cheese, topped with a drizzle of hot chili oil. Each of these tasty creations starts with our made-from-scratch laminated dough – and you can bet the result is delicious.
