"Try to delegate and find support systems. You can not do it all on your own, but with a supportive partner/co-parent, understanding/flexible employer, and village of some sorts, it's possible to work and be a good mom. I would encourage women who want children to really explore their talents, use them, find something you are good at and can monetize. That way, your babies can watch you GLOW in the workforce. They can watch you with joy, instead of having a mom who outwardly or not, complains about their job.
