We are thrilled to mark the groundbreaking of the new Tom Thumb in Midlothian, Texas! This project is set to become a cornerstone of the community, providing a modern shopping experience and enhancing local convenience. We navigated through traffic and circulation challenges in order to minimize the impact on local traffic and prevent disruptions to the surrounding neighborhood and property owners. By working closely with TxDOT and the City of Midlothian, we developed a solution that aligns with both traffic flow and community needs. Collaborating with city officials and the project team, we’re proud to help bring this vision to life and contribute to the growth of a thriving, connected community.

The 2024 Women in Leadership: Females Leading our Academic Institutions was very inspiring! An important takeaway is for young people having someone for guidance IS KEY. Someone who: -Sees something in you that you don't see; -Reinforces what you see yourself; -Provides examples of others' paths that help you form a vision for yourself. As professionals, it is our job to be that someone. At Carrillo Engineering,?one of our core values is to EMPOWER AND IMPACT. To inspire individuals by believing in them and providing much needed resources. Leading with integrity, openness, and example is fundamental. Thank you to the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for putting this wonderful event together! #fwhcc #empower&impact #transformingcommunities!
