We navigated through traffic and circulation challenges in order to minimize the impact on local traffic and prevent disruptions to the surrounding neighborhood and property owners. By working closely with TxDOT and the City of Midlothian, we developed a solution that aligns with both traffic flow and community needs. Collaborating with city officials and the project team, we’re proud to help bring this vision to life and contribute to the growth of a thriving, connected community.

Excited to celebrate the groundbreaking of Babers Manor, a pivotal element in the Stop Six redevelopment! This $30.5M project, honoring housing advocate Clarence Donald Babers, will provide 80 new units to the community. At Carrillo Engineering, our commitment to enhancing urban infrastructure is central to our mission creating a world where our cities and clients can deliver a better quality of life to our neighborhoods and community. We tackled unique drainage and flooding challenges along Ramey Avenue through deep collaboration with the city and development team. A Historic Milestone: Signing the Last Beam of Fort Worth City Hall! Today marked a significant milestone in our city's history, and We’re thrilled to have been part of this momentous occasion. We’ll like to thank each and everyone of the individuals who has contributed to the construction of Fort Worth City Hall and new Council Chambers. Thanks go to our amazing Carillo team, specially Thomas, Angel and Kiro for his unwavering dedication throughout this journey. Its been great workin with BOKA Powell, Brinkley Sargent Wiginton Architects, Athenian Group, Purdy-McGuire, Inc. and Linbeck Group, LLC. Each signature on that final beam represents the hard work, passion, and dedication of our entire team. Together, we've constructed not merely a building but a beacon symbolizing progress, solidarity, perseverance and community. This project set a very significant precedent in development in the Central City with special permitting requirements from Tarrant Regional Water District,?the US Army Corps of Engineers and the City of Fort Worth.
