Russ Rogg, president of Metroflor Corporation and current chairman of the Resilient Floor Covering Institute (RFCI) will be our keynote speaker at the convention. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Rogg started his career with Wilsonart Laminate as district sales manager and rose through the ranks to become director of sales. When Wilsonart closed its flooring business in 2011, Rogg joined Metroflor, eventually becoming president.
