Sauter Timber 's new 40,000-sf #masstimber production facility will be made entirely of #glulam beams and #CLT panels. The plant, located in Estacada, OR, will offer prefabrication services for glulam and CLT, with a Hans Hundegger AG PBA Drive Machine enabling the production of large panels. The plant is also designed to store large quantities of raw timber, allowing Sauter to start production quickly once project approvals are obtained. We have CLT! Carpentry Plus, Inc. has been busy installing CLT sheer walls, structural exterior walls, and a large portion of the roof.
