    Now Hiring: Vice President, Business Development ? Job Overview: This role involves collaborating with a principal at the firm to source investment opportunities directly from companies and intermediaries. Responsibilities: - Source investment opportunities from companies and intermediaries - Research target companies - Network to arrange company meetings with partners and principals of the firm - Develop and strengthen intermediary relationships - Lead the firm’s tracking and reporting efforts through Salesforce - Assist with investor relations - Manage marketing materials, including: - Website - Presentation materials - Press releases Requirements: - Based in Charlotte, NC - Some travel, primarily in the Southeastern U.S. - Undergraduate degree with 5 to 10 years of finance, business development experience; ideally with a professional services or financial firm - Extensive experience with Salesforce and other CRM’s, PowerPoint and Excel - Extensive background researching companies; ability to leverage research and marketing tools to identify and connect with potential prospects - Previous exposure to attorneys, accountants, private equity investors, and investment bankers ?
