Every hospitality leader brings unique strengths to our industry. We asked Carly Eglin from Seasonal Connect about her SUPERPOWER: “My superpower is my ability to love and accept others as they are. Too often, we want to change people. When we do not understand others, we have difficulty finding common ground. Being able to embrace diversity and love others as they are is my superpower.” #WomensHistoryMonth #WHM2025

We would like to take a moment to recognize Zachary Crum, CCM, for his steadfast leadership, dedication, and guidance over the past year. If you knew Lee Smith well, you’d know that nothing would have made him more nervous than Zach holding the microphone at the Annual Meeting of the Membership. ?? But we also know that Lee would have been incredibly proud—Zach rose to every challenge and led with confidence, continuing to uphold the standards of excellence that define Forsyth. As we move forward, we are eager to see the Doug Shifflett, CCM, CCE & Zach Crum duo in action, building upon the foundation that Lee so carefully crafted. Under their leadership, along with the unwavering support of Club President Michelle Clifton and our Board of Directors, we look forward to a bright and prosperous year ahead. Thank you to our leadership team, Board, and all of our members for your continued trust and support. Here’s to 2025!
