We’re proud to share that mCrED is at the forefront of operationalizing Micro-Credential Quality Assurance Standards (QAS). As one of only four states participating in this groundbreaking initiative, our commitment to?personalized?professional learning excellence is stronger than ever. Along with the South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE) and educators from North Carolina, Wyoming, and Arkansas, we’ve developed and piloted a comprehensive rubric that brings QAS to life. This tool ensures that micro-credentials are designed, implemented, and assessed with the highest quality, benefiting educational leaders and lifelong learners. ? The recent brief?on this project reports updates, insights, and recommendations for further refining and validating these standards. Enhancing?the quality of micro-credentials supports impactful professional growth across our education system. Stay tuned as we continue collaborating and leading efforts to prioritize quality and innovative professional development practices.?
