We hosted a special event aboard Carnival Elation bringing together local leaders to honor 20 years of fun and recognize our military heroes as Veterans Day approaches. A highlight of the day was meeting Jackson, a canine companion for a local veteran, adopted through our donation to K9s For Warriors, with CEO Daniel Bean in attendance. Our team paid tribute to active and retired military members from every branch. Vice President of Port Operations David Candib also welcomed our special guests, including JAXPORT Board Chair Wendy Hamilton and CEO Eric Green, and expressed appreciation for the ongoing partnership. Centered around the theme “Learning Today, Leading Tomorrow,” the summit featured insightful workshops and engaging sessions. It's been a frightfully fun Halloween from shipboard to shoreside!?? At Carnival HQ, shoreside team members celebrated with a fun-filled costume contest where team members showcased their creativity. One department even dressed up as various parts of our ships—from the lido deck to our most popular bars and restaurants! Meanwhile, our shipboard team members have been bringing the Halloween spirit to life all month long, from family pumpkin hunts and movies to costume contests of their own. And we can’t forget about Patch the Pumpkin Pirate, who has been guarding the atrium on all our ships!

Our Housekeeping Managers from across the fleet recently gathered in Miami for their first conference since 2018. The four-day event was a chance to connect, share insights and celebrate their achievements!?? Vice President of Housekeeping and Laundry Stefan Christoffersson and special guest President Christine Duffy recognized the team's hard work and the critical role they play in our guest experience. Carnival Spirit has officially arrived at the Port of Mobile for its second cruising season!?? The ship received a warm welcome from Mobile’s Azalea Trail Maids and the Excelsior Brass Band as guests embarked on the first cruise of the 2024-25 season. We’re excited to continue cruising in this vibrant city!

Aboard Carnival Pride, President Christine Duffy joined a special ceremony to honor some remarkable team member milestones and accomplishments!?? She recognized several team members for their impressive service anniversaries and applauded the I AM Carnival Leader and Team Member recipients. It was a wonderful event celebrating our incredible team and the spirit of fun that makes Carnival so special!

To celebrate 20 years of sailing from the Helen Delich Bentley Port of Baltimore, we honored the first responders who courageously assisted during the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse during a special event on board Carnival Pride. President Christine Duffy welcomed Maryland Lt. Gov. Aruna Miller, Maryland Transportation Secretary Paul Wiedefeld, Baltimore Deputy Mayor J.D. Merrill, Executive Director of the Maryland Port Administration Jonathan Daniels, and representatives from the U.S. Naval Academy, thanking them for their longstanding partnership and highlighting the recent return to cruising from the port following the Key Bridge collapse. Marking this milestone, we also donated $25,000 to the U.S. Naval Academy Foundation in support of their Energy Security and Infrastructure Resilience program. This recognition is a true testament to the exceptional service our team provides every day. Our Customer Service teams across the fleet also recently celebrated Customer Service Appreciation Week, recognizing their dedication to making every guest experience unforgettable. Thank you to all our customer service team members!??

As part of President Christine Duffy's continued fleet tour, she visited Carnival Freedom, Carnival Glory and Carnival Paradise!??? During her visits, she thanked the teams for their hard work and recognized the I AM Carnival award recipients and service anniversary honorees. It was a great time filled with recognition and plenty of FUN!

Our President Christine Duffy has officially earned her wings by completing a tandem skydive over Tampa Bay!?? In doing so, she raised over $85,000 to support relief efforts for those impacted by Hurricanes Helene and Milton through the Gary Sinise Foundation. The skydive coincided with the inaugural Special Forces Legacy Initiatives cruise on Carnival Paradise. A huge thank you to everyone who donated and the matching gift from the MICKY AND MADELEINE ARISON FAMILY FOUNDATION. A special thanks to the team at the Federal Aviation Administration for their support to quickly get the jump request approved. Here’s to making a difference, one leap at a time!??
