We are hiring in Gilroy, California Land Surveying Field Technician Carnes & Ekparian is looking for a field technician. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Land Surveying experience. We are looking for someone that likes to work outdoors, is self-motivated and is interested in furthering their education in Land Surveying. We would also like to train them to do office work as needed, but the priority would be field work. The kind of work that we do: Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Record of Surveys, Parcel/Tract Maps, As-Built Surveys, ALTA Maps, Legal Descriptions/Exhibits, flood elevation surveys and Construction Staking, Easements and more. Skills and Abilities Should Include: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, time management and organizational skills. Knowledge of and ability to use AutoCAD C3D is a plus. Must have a California Driver’s License. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
