#ThrowbackThursday Our building was originally the Heppenstall steel mill, founded in 1889 by Sam Heppenstall. The company was forced to lay off their employees in 1979, and the building was left vacant until 2013 when Carnegie Robotics became the tenant. When we acquired the building, it was a blank canvas. All that remained was an overhead crane, which still remains on display to this day in our lobby. Throughout the years, we have converted this building into a versatile production facility, utilizing every square inch of the facility and lot to design, test, and manufacture some of the most rugged and dependable solutions available.

? Inspiring the next generation of engineers ? We recently visited Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania in Carnegie, PA with one of the Boston Dynamics Spot dogs outfitted with our Spot Cam to get the kids excited about STEM. The kids had a great time, and it was immensely rewarding to see them so engaged in their interactions with this technology. Here's to the future engineers of the world! ?? #STEMeducation #CarnegieRobotics #BostonDynamics
